To really get you ON YOUR WAY to your next Travel Nurse destination, here is a quick list of items you can send to us:
- Updated resume
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.
- Employee health records including proof of immunity to: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap
- A TB test dated within the last 12 months (we can schedule a new one or Step 2 for you)
- 2 evaluations from a Travel Nursing assignment or 2 professional references
